Nice interview.
“Personally, I have found law reviews – even the top ones – receptive to Austrian ideas when combined with a real knowledge of some legal area.”
That’s not a coincidence, even if we put aside the fact that most law students are unfamiliar with maths. The first generations of Austrians economists were required to study law, and, today, Austrians economics is still grounded on “causality” and “categories” – i.e., on the mental tools used by lawyers.
In his interview, Mario has provided the thumbnail sketch of modern Austrian economics. And, of course, I appreciate being included in the story.

I would love to see a picture of Dr. O’Driscoll and Prof. Rizzo at Fordham!
